Axe Rake is a really great skills in arenas and also outside towns against creeps. There's only one minor problem with the skill and it is its damage. I think 8-36 damage would be better. You can get this skill in maguuma in druids overlook from a woman there, ( I can't remember her name...) in a quest that is quite hard if you are below lvl 15.

This skill is pretty good, except for the fact that the enemy must have a deep wound. That right there takes this skill off the people's lists.

The skill is outclassed so much by so many others that it is barely worth mentioning anymore. Costs alot, basically no +dmg, and Cripple (cripple is so spammable in all the metas [CripShot then, Harrier's Grasp now] you don't need expensive ways of putting it on someone)...
